If you're going for just an effect with the video in the background, than I'd say it needs to be a bit softer and less visible... but if you want people to be able to see the video, it needs to be just a bit less pixellated (sp)... as it is, It's distracting, because I want to watch it, but it's just a bit too pixellated, so I can't...

Nav looks like a mistake floating out there like it is. I would at-least line it up with your logo/header.
