What would happen if a real journalist were to interrupt the “mainstream” media–Democrat Party love fest? Conservative reporter Bill Kelly of the Washington Times demonstrates by trying to ask leftist Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) whether the Democrats who have been crashing the economy with their never-ending demented spending spree will accept any responsibility whatsoever for the economic havoc they have wrought. This occurred at a City Club of Chicago event open to both the media and the public.You won’t hear about this appalling incident in the MSM. As Kelly reports:
During my exchange with him, Sen. Durbin told (instructed) the media, “You guys aren’t going to cover this are you?” And the media ... didn’t.
The journalistic establishment in our hardening soft tyranny is nothing more than a tool of the ruling political class. Its purpose is not to inform, but to reinforce our rulers’ power over us.

Currently there is a video hitting all the blogs with candidate Obama calling Bush irresponsible and unpatriotic for running up 4 billion in debt over his 8 years as President. President Obama has already ran up 4 billion more in about 2.5 years. The video is from a July 3rd, 2008 campaign stop. According to candidate Obama, “The problem is, is that the way Bush has done it over the last eight years is to take out a credit card from the Bank of China in the name of our children, driving up our national debt from $5 trillion for the first 42 presidents – #43 added $4 trillion by his lonesome, so that we now have over $9 trillion of debt that we are going to have to pay back, $30,000 for every man, woman and child. The parallels with our current president are astounding.
