The health care bill is stratified like our income tax system. There are employer provided and private plans that will be taxed separately for being "higher end". The bottom line is that bill is designed to give everyone at least a 25% price break and get everyone covered. The bill looks like it will have a shot at severely controlling the costs of health care in general.
