Just be carefull about finding a roommate on craigslist. i had to do it twice out of necessity. Ended up having a psychotic homosexual that attacked my next door neighbor( cops come by periodically looking for him). Then a pair of guys that couldn't get there shit together and i had to physically kick them out. Totally sucked. One of the most stressful ordeals that i've had to deal with.

yeah still looking.. mainly in bed stuy, greenpoint, williamsburg and shit like that. looking for a large space that i can have a room for a studio and it seems like further out the L is the best bet on that.
current prospects:
•living with my roommate again who sucks
•moving into his ex's place that would meet my needs, cool people, etc.either way's gonna bring out the drama. new york apt hunting sucks!

soynutz, i'm looking for a 1 bedroom for me and the wife. would ideally like to live in dumbo/ carol gardens/ park slope/brooklyn heights area.
although, before i start seriously looking i need to get my portfolio updated and start job searching out there...which will be an adventure in itself. i'm not super worried about finding a job (it seems there is a ton of interactive places hiring right at the mo'), but ya' never know :D
