wicked stuff man! I dont mind the horiz scrolling either.
I loved my pair of Dunlop volleys, but I wore em out and couldnt find the same pair again.

Good work. The fast scrolling makes me all excited.

great portfolio, the website let's it down.
i don't like the way there's a huge white space until you click on the main navigation, and i'm not keen on the use of the '/' as a navigation device. otherwise, good stuff.

Really nice work. Really strong commercial portfolio. Good website too. I'm the last person who shoul dbe saying this but I would suggest trimming out one or two projects that are less strong. I guess I'm thinking of your monkey animation mainly. I know why you've put it in there... you are keen to demonstrate that its soemthing you can do, and also its a personal acheivement for you as you have just learned how to do it... but compared to your 'proper' work its a little less polished and lacks any meaning. Its a bit like a "Look! Look What I Did!!!" moment for me, and that detracts from the amazingly accomplished work you have produced.
That's just my two pennys though. My site is packed full of utterly meaningless shite, so I'm really not qualified to criticise you on that point, I just thought I'd let you know how that part felt in relation to the rest as an outsider looking in for the first time.

Your work is awesome - the website is not.

Hey guys thanks for the feedback... funnily enough it's all stuff that's run through my head at some point, in some kind of internal conversation (the criticisms, I mean). As they say (or do they?), a website is never finished.

- probably a client thing - 'make the logo bigger!'babaganush

yea the top nav is a bit wierd. I dont mind the white space to start with at all.

I agree moamoa. That was after 'client compromise'. I wonder, what is the standard protocol when displaying work - are you bound by 'what goes to print'? Or should you instead show what YOU thought was the appropriate response, but what didn't actually eventuate?
- ... I hate clients. :)moamoa
- change it, where I use to work the agency use to strip down ads to the original concept to enter them for awards, I think the same rules apply to youruncle_helv
- ... the same rules apply to your folio, it's the idea you are trying to get across!uncle_helv

- You can always show the process involved in the work too - sometimes this creates a much richer experience for the viewerd_rek
- as they get to see how your ideas came to fruition and what you contributedd_rek

I am faced with this dilemma on almost every piece of work. The problem is that if my preferred solution doesn't match what went to print then can't show a packshot as well as the artwork.

pretty nice

nice work.

The work is great and think the navigation works because you can scroll through all the work in one go. Keep it up!
