Witt, Thank you.
A part of her ashes will also spread there in Penacova.
All QBN'ers, thank you for the warm words & the nice stories
and pictures about your mothers.

sorry for your trouble, tank. makes me look forward to seeing my mum in a few weeks. I hope my daughter is as proud of me as I am of my mum.

_____Sorry to hear this tank, now i feel bad about giving you a hard time over the Belgian Post service! I promise I didn't know. All i can say is having a long life doesn't equate to having a good life, which your mum had with you as her son. Best wishes

Also a good one,
even though my parents where divorced, they went a lot for coffee the last months. This photo says all, my dad is a silent man that can't show his emotions (but he is awesome, he was just raised that way) and my mom tries to make him smile. My dad, poor man, i really saw a broken man today.

mortality has been much on my mind of late. It's overwhelmingly sad, painful and frightening to think about the death of loved ones (and of your own) but it's what makes life so sacred and profound

Try to keep your head up, Tank. I lost my mom in 2002 and I'm sure that we'll all see our Mummies when we're old guys chilling somewhere up there in heaven!

I think this is one of the most beautiful records and in some ways quite fitting for this thread, emotional music...
God bless tank!

I have to think about this song from city&colour..
So, now you're not there
But your ghost still burns in the air
Finally above us the waves have come
To take you awayAnd with this song, I'll say goodbye
And thank you for what you've done to my life
And Finally I'll say it with love
I hope you're at rest in the stars aboveAnd I don't understand what you died for
We still could have given so much more
And I know you are something I could never be
But I know you're still there watching over me

((sigh)) :)sea_sea
