Studios? Design power house? Ad agency? and does anyone have any comments on creative groups and their ability to find decent jobs?

From a really half-arsed home office at the moment. Need to get something a bit more studio-like set up.
I've worked for huge publishing companies, decent medium-sized agencies and other stuff - frankly, I never want to work for someone else again.
Except clients, obviously!

I worked in the home for a number of years and it started out like a good idea but it wasn't for me. Living and working in the same 4 walls, my advice.....don't get comfy with the idea.
