it's called an ipod touch. there is no itouch!
anyway, I have a 32gb one and it's one of the best purchases I've ever made, battery life is great, charge it about once a week. Have tons of music and a few full length movies/southpark episodes on there too. Watching tv on it works great.
I downloaded the iphone 2.0 update and now I have Remote and Supermonkeyball. so yes, get one- iTouch! iTouch! iTouch! iTouch! iTouch! iTouch!TheBlueOne

I don't understand people who buy mp3 players that aren't ipods. You see these losers, normally middle aged guys on the tube with their 'Creative zen' players and you just think, 'why did you buy that? it is because you like poor design, bad interfaces, does it comfort you to think that because you have windows 98 that you should buy an mp3 player to match'

i love mine. the new apps available for it make it such an awesome mp3 player. the free apps is all you need. the only thing i bought is labrynth. so addicting and perfect for the ipod touch

It is a computer. It is a pda. It has wifi and a decent browser. It plays movies. It is a 3D game console. It is a photo album. It is a remote controller for your computer with live screen capture.
How do you compete with this? Maybe if somebody added a phone to all that, that would be a smashing hit.

Well what does get me is in the US the ipod touch is 32gb is $499.00 and here is Spain its 449,00 € ($697) so I had to get the cheaper version. But it was the best thing I have bought in ages and I don't regret it!

I have the Touch and it rocks. The one negative I can bring up is the difficulty to use it when you're driving. It requires a lot more attention than an older iPod with the wheel where you could sort of manipulate it without looking at it. I still use my old iPod in the car.
But yeah for movies on airplanes, battery life, browsability, email, all that and more - it rocks.

My only complaint with the iPod Touch are the paid updates and that there are no external controls. It makes it harder to adjust the volume or skip tracks, since you have to bring up the controls on the screen and actually LOOK at them to do anything.
I use mine a lot for email and internet, but only for music when I'm on the plane or bus, or train, or boat.
