Its a bit of a beast, but once you play around with it you will amazed with the advanced features if offers. You can do more or less anything with it.
Never tried Reinvigorate, looks good.

Google analytics is nice, but it doesnt give you IP addresses. OR am I mistaken.

when doing a redesign i like use crazy egg to see where people are and aren't clicking to streamline nav and elements.
For most sites tracking though, I use analytics.

I have Google Analytics and Reinvigorate. I kept GA because Reinvigorate was on a hiatus / in a reconstruction period for a long time and it has all my older stats. And I don't know if you can transfer statistics...
