I have removed the top left ads, which was covering the navigation
Well I checked the navigation doesnt have any caps, its all small,
Most of the unwanted ads are removed, thanks for all the suggestion from readers. Thanks again.

Houshold, Automotive etc start with capitals on the left nav.
Either have no caps or start all with a cap.Make the feet banner the same height as the popular ads section to the right of it. Line it up.
Loose the eyes and flower banner. ad overload!
Also in the last 10 classified ads feed. When something is written all in caps it makes the whole thing a mess. Looks like spam stuff. Lose the all caps entries.

Lose the yellow bar at the top. I know what the date and time is as it is already in Apple's very own top bar! plus the only other thing in it is a repeated search facility.

Sorry mate - but others here are correct. I understand you want ads to get some cash in, but there are much better ways to do it.
Three points:
1: Where did you get the sizes of your banner ads from? Is that something you made or are you following IAB guidelines? You should really be following the sizes below (if you're not) - you'll find it much easier to sell space to the big boys:

2: You really should also provide an Arabic version for your users. Not everyone in the UAE speaks English as a first language.
3: Lose the news. People aren't coming to your site for news. They are coming to buy and sell stuff. Don't distract them with content that's not relevant.

i havent seen so badly exported images since a long time. the header logo doesnt blend with the background, same for the footer image.i'd also recommend to rename it into dubaimobilesclassified.com cause the only thing for sale are mobiles.

People here gave you a lot of good feedback. I thought you actually got better feedback than most poeple here. Feedback isn't easy to take sometimes, and there were some ass comments, but it's a internet b-board, so that happens.
Regardless, the site seems to still have a ways to go. I still think there needs to be better information stucture for what people will be doing here. Also you're *still using (stealing) a Microsoft Vista icon on the site under Register. Why don't you take that down?
