I bought some out of the back of Dwell or Atomic Ranch or some similar magazine. They weren't that expensive except for the fact that I have a 5 digit address so that added up quickly.
I laid them out on cardboard and made a template to make sure the kerning was perfect and wouldn't you know I f*cked it up!
My wife thinks no one will notice except my design snob friends but everyday when I get the mail it erks the hell out of me.

This is old school NT....ask a simple, yet possibly quite obscure question relating to design and within minutes a plethora of informed and relevant answers pop up.
I feel all 'community' n that, thanks guys :)

You can go to Fastsigns or something like that can get vinyl cut in any type you want, and then place that on metal/wood square or something.
