I don't think people will see it as an empty tray, hence some of the replies above. If it is indeed empty, shouldn't the cups where the muffins sit be deeper? Looks like you'd baking 1" tall muffins.
I think it's a stretch. I mean the company is called Topmuffin, but there is zero focus on any muffins.

- that's true. the holes are not deep at all.Jaline
- That's why I thought it was filled with batter. You usually keep a gap at the top for the muffins to rise.2cents
- What if they are just making muffin tops.
*Top of the muffin TO you*VectorMasked - That's an even further stretch.2cents

"web development company"
Almost missed that part, here I was thinking they were actually muffins you could order over the web:D

also, the muffin tray is one that only actually bakes just the top of the muffin, hence the decreased depth of the pan.

I do have some illustrations with the muffins already in there, but I personally just liked the empty muffin tray compared to the ones with them in there.. it looked clip art-ish. I thought this was more of an original idea.. but hey this is a crit, so please carry on.. thanks for all of the feedback.

the wordmark is great, but i don't understand the empty muffin tray (so good they're all gone?)... seems like an easy out for avoiding what would be a more challenging muffin illustration... but maybe only a designer is gonna think that?
- ah answered just above as i typed.. as ukit says a bit of a stretch imho.horton
- ukit0
i think that might be a step too far, maybe have the muffins actually in there.
Nice job overall, though. I like the type you choose.
- agreed. a tray full of muffins would be much more visual and go better with the display/retro font.horton
- ... the empty try as is looks too geometric to be coupled with that font.horton
- I think it's too hard to "read" (visually) at a small sizeukit
- hmmm...at the same time, a tray full of muffins may be too heavy. But it could work.Jaline
- didn't see the"empty" tray

actually, the intent was that they are baked, and their solutions are so good that they are all gone. The tin is empty with crumbs showing that they have already been eaten.

Looks like muffin batter, not baked muffins. Is that the intent?
I'm assuming that that you're portraying that they're baked, hence the crumbs. If so, I think you should make them look as though they've raised. Right now it kind of looks like the top of a Lego block.

Much better! If you're going to have the catchphrase in there, shouldn't "web" and "baked" be hyphenated? (In line with Jaline's grammar comment.)
- irrelevant0
- Luv it!! Do NOT change anything else or i'll NEVER EVA buy your muffins!Mishga

I like the font but I have some problems with that backing tin. looks like one of these blister packs pills are in. placing is strange, too.

fuck me - ive seen it all now

Hint of the day:
putting dégradés in your logos will fuck up all your printwork,
there are only a few who printers who manage the print
it the way its on the screen. for corporate livery its even worse
when you have to mix 2 pantone colours to achieve it.
- chossy0
Number one and with a p please but no wet floor reflection.
- moamoa0
do what tank02 said
- 23kon0
the p needs its descender as at the moment it looks a little awkward like a backwards 'a'. i do kind of like it though but it isnt easy to read if you werent into type/logos.
i like the font used for 'topmuffin' - it looks really retro and well suited to a cookie/muffin or these retrolooking homebaking kits you get.
reflection isnt nice.
and i agree that the tray is too close to the Twhat about doing something with the shape of the top of a muffin - the bit that spills over the papercup. maybe you could add this shape as a crown?
jaline is spot on with the swoosh's on the F's being like the waft of homebaking
- goodidealuke0
Swap the m out for two muffins
- Jaline0
As for the negatives: no shadow, and the placement of the tray and "TM" are strange.
