No but it makes it extremely biased. How exactly is this fanatical in your view? It wasn't put up in places because a councillor had concerns 'that it's not welcomed by all communities, with the dog on the cards.'

What utter rubbish - this is one of those stupid stories the Daily Mail (Lloyd stop reading this paper) like to publish (along with a lot of other Muslim-hate news).
For everyone here, let me tell you, as a Muslim - that even if dogs are considered 'ritually unclean' (unlike cats who tend to clean themselves), there is nowhere in Islamic teaching that Muslims should get upset or angered by dogs. In fact many Muslims keep guard dogs in some of their property, they simply avoid handling them as much as possible. Muslims are expected to stay clean for most of the time (for prayers) and do ritual ablution 5 times a day, so they avoid encountering dogs and animals which may make them lose their 'cleanliness' < this is where the concept of avoiding dogs comes from. But for these folks to take it too far, is a joke.
I think there is a too much PC anyway.
