Yo, Dust, i got your back homes.
Recognise what you are attempting to do is a MASSIVE undertaking of time and investment. If you are willing to meet those conditions, there's no reason why you can't pull it off.
BUT... I wouldn't go looking for "partners" on an anonymous internet board. Look for people in your real life, fellow students etc.. who are good at IT and work summat out.

Work on the site is set to start on 5th of August when i can get on a computer with dreamweaver i will get the basic design of the website done myself but certain part elude my skills.
