Help? Threadless image resizing help

I need help in submitting my entry for threadless. Does anyone know how to resize an image but maintain image quality? I have to keep my entry under 270, but im currently at 370....

It can't be done. You'll just have to print it out and send it via regular mail.

yeah, more designers need to submit their work to threadless, those guys made $30 million in sales last year with a 9 million dollar profit... pfft.
