You should get some form of raise, if only to cover inflation. ha. Goodluck man.

and no raise in two years, they're milking you for all your worth.

Sounds like you definitely have the upper hand with the all work you do. I would venture to say they would be screwed if you left.
You should initialize the conversation in a non-threatening way unless you are ready to leave. Set up a time to talk to your boss and ask about when you are up for a review for a raise. Be ready to give some good reasons and you should be good.
May not be an immediate raise, but if you don't see it happening after your conversation I would definitely start looking for a new job. You know what your worth, and when your getting screwed over.

Should i go strait to the owner or to my project manager? (there is somewhat of a chain)
- the boss, maybe your PM is stealing your raises :OMSTRPLN

Get a new job. If your boss has any intention of keeping you, they need to give you at least one raise yearly.

if you like it and there are not a lot of other places to go you give up a bit of your power, but I think you are still ina really good position to make a case for yourself.
A minimum or "cost of living" raise is pretty standard you should at least get that. If they don't go for giving you a raise find out why - in a polite way.
If they cite money as a reason pull together a presentation (on company time) that highlights any innovations you made, or how your work impacts the bottom line. If there are direct measurable results from the website use those to make a case for you, personally, increasing the company line and underscore your value to the company.
It also would help if you could show them numbers from before you started and then current numbers - to drive the point home.
Go to the PM first, if they don;t budge and you have access take it right to the owner.

everyone who approaches a negotiation must be prepared to give up something, for what they feel is a farther-reaching, greater value. what's yours?
