    if you like it and there are not a lot of other places to go you give up a bit of your power, but I think you are still ina really good position to make a case for yourself.

    A minimum or "cost of living" raise is pretty standard you should at least get that. If they don't go for giving you a raise find out why - in a polite way.

    If they cite money as a reason pull together a presentation (on company time) that highlights any innovations you made, or how your work impacts the bottom line. If there are direct measurable results from the website use those to make a case for you, personally, increasing the company line and underscore your value to the company.

    It also would help if you could show them numbers from before you started and then current numbers - to drive the point home.

    Go to the PM first, if they don;t budge and you have access take it right to the owner.
