    Sounds like you definitely have the upper hand with the all work you do. I would venture to say they would be screwed if you left.

    You should initialize the conversation in a non-threatening way unless you are ready to leave. Set up a time to talk to your boss and ask about when you are up for a review for a raise. Be ready to give some good reasons and you should be good.

    May not be an immediate raise, but if you don't see it happening after your conversation I would definitely start looking for a new job. You know what your worth, and when your getting screwed over.
