So, I'm sure you've all ran into this at one point or another. Basically, it's photo manipulation.
I'm looking for a shortcut to creating reflections on 3D objects, or photos/objects that have perspective to them.
The way I usually go about it is by cutting up the duplicated image, distorting the image, adding the masks. It seems like a bunch of work. Anyone know of a filter where you can set the perspective horizon or the bottoms of the object and generate the reflection?

Yeah... I think the long way is kind of "the" way.
Unless you want to get into a 3D app and manipulate textures and light.- yup, either this or draw the reflections from scratch...********

As another thought, this may be a good opportunity to explore the 3D support that CS3 carries. I believe you can import DXF or 3DS files in Photoshop, and then move, rotate, etc. I tried a few times with success, but have had no real use for it yet.
