I have a flash projector file (mac) of a project I did a couple of years ago. The original flash file appears to be corrupt. Is there any way to convert the projector file I have to quicktime so I can put it up on me portfolio site?
Any suggestions appreciated. Cheers.

i would say, open it up and navigate through it while using a program like snapzpro that can video record what you are doing, andthen save it as a qt.

cool, that sounds like a good idea.... does that record sound also?
i just thought there might be a conversion program that might do it.
cheers tho.
- not 100% sure about the sound. if i had it here i would check, but i'm at work and don't have access to the prog.lvl_13

Look for a decompiler. There's a ton of swf -> fla decompilers, and doing a quick search, I could find a few exe -> swf ones for Windows. I'm sure there's bound to be one out there for the Mac.

I have been using iShowU lately and it has been working great. It's priced at $20 and has more features for capturing video than Snapz Pro at a third of the price. Both should capture audio.
