If you don't mind forking out a fortune for a box just big enough for a bed and paying decent money to be squeezed by strangers on the tube (not as sexy as it sounds), London can sometimes have a charm worth paying for. But please don't forget to embrace British traditions and culture whilst over here. Hooliganism, binge drinking, teenage pregnancy, feral behavior....

It's interesting reading what non-Brits/non-Londoners think of London and I can't disagree with any of it. It's a fundamentally flawed place but I honestly can't imagine living anywhere else right now...

I'm working freelance in ldn and haven't seen a trace of any financial crisis here. Noone seems to understand how much work there is in this city, and I try to remember that I didn't have a clue either before I moved here. Life is too easy right now :)
