I was in a pet store yesterday and they had one. It was really cute. I want to get one but there are two draw backs. One, they can live up to 12 years (the guy at the vet store said 7 is more likely) and I'd have to keep a constant stock of vegetables abd meal worms.

commitment is what a lot of it is about. if I were to go out of town for a week I'd have to find someone to take care of it vs a hamster where you could just throw some pellets in there and fill up the water.
