Sounds like a rip of a dessert at Le Pigeon also in Portland. I've had it twice, so good it'll make you sick.

Yeah that's from Voodoo doughnuts. Aside the bacon maple they are famous for the Nyquil filled doughnut.
Voodoo is best when your drunk and need food. The next morning you question the decisions.

last time i stayed there we were really close to Voodoo doughnuts.. we would wait until they opened and go have donuts every night we were there.. that place was awesome.. the bacon maple was great.. mango tango was also very tasty... it was covered in tang..
