Flash swf question

Can I load diierent swfs or control a swf via a html link? I want to click a link and play a certain swf or go to a certain frame either would work. I don't know if it's possible? Anyone?

i could whip up an example if ya need it.

o pleaeeeeese i was looking i just want an image button (well client does) to load a swf or go to a place in the swf which is located in a top header. Make sense?
