are they a load of crap? I'm yet to find a conculsive test of them.

Eh?

Quê?

Things you are supposed to clamp onto the fuel intake feed into the engine of a vehicle - the magnetism is supposed to affect the molecules in the liquid into orderly queues promoting more efficient combustion, and therefore better fuel economy.

fuck you, candy

If you google for 'fuel magnetizer' you'll find all sorts of crap, people selling them etc. But no one seems to have officially tested them.

šta?
was?

I forget designers barely know how their cars work..

if you listened to what the ads say if you used a magnetizer and a turbonator, you'd get like 70 miles tot he gallon.
- right, if it worked that way ALL cars would have one.Mimio

I haven't seen any ads for them, just a few things on ebay, I saw something, so googled it, but can't find any non-proprietary information about them. So I wondered if anyone had actually used one..

I'm assuming is BS, was just a little suprised that I can't find any articles from any kind of car authority saying they're a load of cack.

Wow, 95% of aftermarket fuel-saving devices/additives don't do jack! gutted!

I can guarantee you that the fuel molecules don't care which way they're facing when reacting with oxygen. Besides which the carb atomizes the fuel before igniting it... disorganizing your orderly molecules forever.
- carb?
;Pflashbender - or direct injection does...Mimio
- carb/throttle body/injector... whatever the process, that fuel is a fog before it's ignited.monNom
- carb?
- TheBlueOne0
No.
- joyride0
yeah, don't do shit.
Carb atomizes the fuel?... on older cars, it's all fuel injectors now. Most modern cars are using DFI now, it's atomizes the fuel better in the cylinder allowing for a more efficient burn, or, better fuel econ.
If you're looking for better fuel econ, new filter, proper inflate tires, use full synthetic oil (not that mobile1 crap).

They are an absolute crock of shit and frankly I'd be embarrased that I even asked the question on a global forum.

Anybody know the web address for those crazy bogus stereo enhancing products like the sound improving pebbles you palce round your room and the streo improvement firmware upgrade that is played to your stereo down the phone?
Anyone ever see that website? Fuckign amazing. And they sell the things to, to gullible audiophiles... they even advertise them in audio magazines and they're just hysterical nonsensical shit.
