is there a stroke on it? an object style?

I'm guessing you have a PNG of that logo imported in, and thus it looks like it's applying a dotted stroke around the edges of its transparency.

they are both psd with transparency.
not png's

worst comes to worst, you can just do the whole thing in photoshop
I've never seen that before,Is it doing on screen or just upon printing? If it is just upon printing it is prob some little checkbox somewhere
if not I would try:
cropping the image smaller
making the pic over in a new file
making a new ID file, it may be corrupt
Using a different image format that supports transparancy
Checking all my ID settings

it could be a few things happening.
Could be because you're using transparencies (Indesign rasterizes whatever is under that image and might be doing something funny to it). If you make a super hi-res postscript file and distill it - that might get rid of your problem.
or
You've grouped it so many times and there's a weird dashed stroke being applied to it and you don't know it.
