  worst comes to worst, you can just do the whole thing in photoshop
  I've never seen that before,Is it doing on screen or just upon printing?

  If it is just upon printing it is prob some little checkbox somewhere

  if not I would try:
  cropping the image smaller
  making the pic over in a new file
  making a new ID file, it may be corrupt
  Using a different image format that supports transparancy
  Checking all my ID settings
