sweet jesus.
I asked your collective opinions.
nobody said anything about telltattling. I just thought it was out of order toward the company and toward colleagues. obviously I was wrong.end of.

- your coworker is an ungrateful jerkoff

Seems like there are only a couple options
(a) Deal with it via your boss - We've ruled that one out, too risky, and nobody likes a tattletail
(b) Talk to your coworker - You've rejected that idea
So where does that leave us?
- I have not rejected it.
in fact I said that it was what needed done did I not.facksake
- I have not rejected it.

I have two questions:
1. what's a freelance client?
2. where is the moral problem?- 1. Private work not employers work
2. It walked off, heading south.******** - Ah bon - ça change tout!********
- 1. Private work not employers work

So, Facksake....you're english, I would guess you're female or very well educated, but you have had famiy circumstances leading you down the social ladder at an impressionable pre-adolscent age. College educated, creative mind. You keep a lot of your feelings bottled up and then you go off like a bottle of pop. You're early twenties, dark hair, big eyes, slender... you're forgiving and try not to be shocked, but that's an internal challenge that you've mastered to a larger extent, you were seduced by a life of creativity but already you feel a bit disillusioned with whereyoua re now, and frustrated that others seem to be valued more highly.. in short, you feel as though your potential is yet to be recognised and furthermore, you feel frustrated to be overlooked. You want to belong at your place of employment and you want to be seen as a key player.
You are wearing very fashionable clothes, and personal hygiene is utmost on your agenda every morning. You are punctual, polite and efficient.
You have one or two older siblings. You grew up in a house with a large tree in the garden and it makes you sad to think about that now.
So, who are you?
- you're better at drawing than psychanalysis.facksake
- Its Randd. I rest my case.********
- (It was copied from a psychey site by the way and tiddled with)********
- some people tiddle, others fiddle and others still piddle.facksake
- how the hell do I fit into this?********
- Your hair is long and flowing Randd.********

- This looks like a PIITB situation.Jaline

- She definitely wants it. Not being funny or anything, but you can tell, right? Right.********
- and just look at thouse eyes, how could you refuse?emecks
- "Its okay... I'm a bit scared but I trust you, so... go on now, you can PIITB if that's what you want"********

ethically - that person is not doing anything very wrong, unless he or she are doing freelance work neglecting the company's activities and apart from the fact that he or she maybe using the companies resources (or ideias, which is worse). Some people mind this, some don't.
But you can't lay off persons for not doing the work no one is giving to them, or if you can you can't blame them for trying to work for themselves.

you are probably that kid that got beat up in highschool.... alot!

let it go, if they get caught it's on them, not you.

I love how a thread has inertia so it keeps going LOOONG after the Original Poster has said "OKAY! ENOUGH! STOP NOW! THREAD CLOSED" and four years later people are still turning up to berate the poor soul.
Like earlier when WhiteFace had ACTUALLY LEFT FOR A DRIVING LESSON AND SAID SO, and everyone was still going "Look at you mirror in a really axxagerated way"... "Make your mirrors point THE WRONG way so you have to make lots of effort to see out of them"... "Don't urinate in the glove box" etc

He's freelancing getting paid a salary AND a freelance rate, you're posing on QBN only getting a salary. Point: Freelancer guy.
- creative-0
If it's not affecting productivity and there is nothing else they can be getting on with I don't see any problem. At least they are working and not looking at porn.
- frannyc280
Unless she or he is your best friend and it's about to get caught and fired... unless his/her shit is making you slower and bring some kind of drama or problem..... what about turning the fuck out of his/her computer and do YOUR job which, of course, you are not doing because not only you are paying attention and minding somebody else's business but you are also logged in here reading all the reply to your moral dilemma (WTF?)... go.. log out QBN, mind your own business.. and do your job... God forbid you get caught not doing your job and get fired.

WTF. Everyone, read the posts. Plus, the original poster mentioned like 10 times already that this post was made on his/her own time.

See, I love how a thread has inertia so...
