Dilemma : flash or quicktime?

Hi!
I'm going to meet a web designer tomorow for remaking my web site and I wonder if I should go all flash for my video (as he propose) or stick with quicktime in h264.
For me, as I'm on Mac, i would say I really like quicktime because it work quite well and flash video something lag.
The main purpose of my web site is a portfolio of video advertising... What's your point of view? What do you like most and why?

i'd go with flash, because more people have flash installed than the quicktime player and flash 9 player supports h264 video...

I like the option of both actually. Some clients may want to take ur work with them to show someone else offline. I'd do Flash for the integration and add a link for the optional QT movie in a Pop-up window or straight download.
