GTA 4 comes out on April 29th. I need decide which one to get.

Well I have a PS3 and at time wish I had gotten an Xbox. I have COD4 and can't play fellow xbox'ers. Plus games for PS3 aren't as good yet. If you can I would get a Ps3 but it depends if you play online.

XBox 360 if you like playing people online and enjoy having hundreds of games to chose from.
PS3 if you are a hermit and hate variety.
Blue Ray shouldn't be the argument, since 360 will have an external player shortly.

ps3. Not a ton of games for it right now. Some good titles out now, some really amazing games coming...Little Big Planet, Metal Gear Solid, Motor Storm 2. Blu-ray is cool, also if you are on a mac, you can stream media using a cool app from nullriver called Media Link. You need a wired connection to get video to stream well, but once it's up and running it's pretty slick. Last but not least, I know sony isn't the greatest company, but it's not Microsoft.

Microsoft keeps denying rumors that they're going to be adding blue ray to the Xbox360. They think HD Downloads are right around the corner.
I personally can't wait for them to fold and add sony technology to the Xbox so every time they sell one Sony makes a profit.

Normally I would say buy both, but it seems that both systems are sharing a lot of titles. I have xbox and ps2 and I play the xbox more. I know things are a bit different for the new systems, but from what I see I think I would still take the same route.

-only plays ps3 games and bluray movies (no ps1, ps2, dvd)
-Games are getting betterXbox360elite
-120gb hd
-HDMI cable
-Xbox live headset
-Plays old games, no dvd or bluray
-good games and better online experienceSo I think what I plan on doing is buy the xbox for games and online play.
When the MGS package comes out I will buy this for MGS, GT5 and Bluray (of course any other cool games that come out for it) The current PS3 seems like a total ripoff.
I hear the MGS package will have a bigger HD and have full backwards computability and of course a different color.
Does anyone know if xbox is coming out with an update version?
p.s. microsoft and sony are both shitty PC companies so lets not get in to that :)
