Start looking for new work.
Not getting paid is unacceptable.
Not paying suppliers is always the sign impending doom.

How is he not fired already, haha?!
Is he invested in the company or something? Go up a level and tell them what is going on, they probably have no idea and he is slinging shit about you and your coworkers about why everything is going to shit.
Definitely on drugs though. That is not even a question.

Well, definitely look around. Seriously.

Do this ... get someone to throw a happy hour get him all fucking liquored up to the gills and then watch him drive home.
Sure he may take out a few other people, but your problem will be solved and there is a possibility of career advancement.

Sounds like you like your job, so try to fix things. If it doesn't work out, then quit. It's not about loyalty, it's about trying to save the good things.

steal some equipment, client list, then leave
- That's definately an option, if you decide that you gotta go. Seriously.doctor

I worked at a place where the boss left the firm's account balance (50k) on the front desk. Every couple days it got smaller. Then two of my accounts went belly up and myself and another guy ended out on our asses. It was a learning experience.

The money doesn't just disappear, that's for sure. Either he's a thieving c*nt or he just can't manage the accounts.

i was working for a company out of college that i helped found
the boss was a friend of mine but he was a shitty business guy.
we were having money trouble, and were not getting paid regularly either.i tried to hold out since i felt i had something vested in the company.
i ended up getting laid off and the company folded a month later.
moral of the story: get the fuck out asap

Start creating your exit plan and get out of there. Maybe you can even take a few of your co-workers with you and steal some of your bosses clients. If your boss is sweating to pay vendors and employees there is a major problem in the pipeline. At the end of this pipeline is a month of you working without ever getting paid. Get out before that happens.
