For the link, beeing a freelancer myself and the site is not so big i think it would be cooler to work with a freelance flash dev than a compagny.
Despite the strange form of my message, it is serious: i'm searching for links, ideas... It's not so easy to find a good flash developer that is working freelance.
People that are interested or just curious to know more can should feel free to react in a way or another.

i too feel like a hobbyist - hard to maintain a competent skillset in something i only seriously use on a large scale use a few times a year - the AS jumps out of my brain - I'm currently working on a project that's AS intensive, and it's taking me twice as long, if not longer, than it should.

what do you mean by "super flash developer". What is the task at hand?

The whole portfolio site needs to be done in flash, with moving interfaces, galleries, forms etc.
I need client update interface (WYSIWYG better) for the content. RSS would be a plus, specialy if it can be indexed by google.
What i search is a coder, not a graphic designer that 'know some flash' if you see what i mean...
