They haven't sent me my 4 free tokens yet, i'm getting pissed. They need to call Chucky Cheese to get this token thing sorted.
- flashbender0
I got 4 "A's" on my report card... I get extra free tokens for that right?
Oh and Streamline was pretty much shite.
- Oddly, the first couple of versions were amazingly good, then in one upgrade they re-wrote it to be shit.Spookytim
- I still have Streamline 2.0
and it still works!Spookytim - I think I strated using it at 4? Hell I don't even remember. I do remeber not being too impressed I'll take your word >flashbender

Adobe has discontinued the sale and development of Adobe® Streamline™ software. New, more powerful tracing capabilities have been integrated into Adobe Illustrator® CS2 software as the Live Trace feature, eliminating the need for the Streamline product. Live Trace offers enhanced tracing quality, functionality, and performance. Find out more by visiting the Illustrator CS2 product area or by reading the Live Trace white paper.
Adobe will honor technical support contracts for Adobe Streamline 4.0 until they expire. Person-to-person technical support expires October 1, 2005, except in Japan, where it expires July 1, 2006. For additional support information, visit the Adobe Streamline support page.

Yeah, but...
okay.

That really sucks, I was using it at least once a week. Those tokens aren't cheap either. Well they are kind of cheap, but not as cheap as when the service was free.
- haha. Free < Cheap or should that be Free > Cheap? lolX0rzflashbender
- rodzilla0
Will anyone pay for this service?
- fodcj0
No
- Raniator0
How much £££'s does them tokens cost, like?
- stem0
I don't mind paying for something which is good, but this is shite news.
What a great little quick and easy way to convert files. It's been well handy over the last few months. : (

Is that the site that vectorises a bitmap image? if so you can use auto trace in Illustrator CS2+. If not I have no idea what you are talking about as I am too lazy to google it.
- readyok0
Live Trace sucks royal ass. Vector magic was the best. What crappy news.

check out http://delineate.sourceforge.net…
I've had some pretty good experience with it, although there are a few more controls that you have to tweak.
