I'm writing in a journal everyday to keep myself aware of the internal dialogue I have and nip it in the bud if it becomes negative.
Working on ways to handle stress better.
Cutting refined sugar and alcohol out of my diet
Giving my own personal projects as much priority as client's projects.
Being kinder to myself. Hugging my dog more.

1. Attempt to get my finances in order. I have no idea where my money goes.
2. Be nicer to my friends. I have no idea how I have any considering I mock them relentlessly and mercilessly.
3. Get back to being able to conversationally speak French.
4. Manage my time more efficiently.
5. Keep all my remaining organs.

Take more drugs, jam at least 8hrs daily (up from 6), finish work more efficiently. I've accomplished 8hrs of jamming, the others I'm still working on. Also, gaining 15lbs. I'm 6' and 141lbs.

the problem with smoking is that you can do it in your 20s and think to yourself "I'm not thirty yet, I can avoid the consequences". But by the time you're 30 you're walking down the path to a painful premature death.
