I actually respond, ...see where it goes. I agree with Fariska on page 1 (didn't read 2 & 3 yet). Too much happening. There isn't a clear grid. I'd look into the typography, but first I'd look intot he actual copy. The statement/question seems a bit odd. A bit ESL (I don't mean that as an insult, don't take it that way). The gold comes across as brown and makes it muddy. I'd pick less images. You can get the same idea across with 2 images, although I understand why you chose several images.
When people in general post things, it would be interesting to see the goals. You mention the work opinion, but good design shouldn't have much to do with opinion. It should have structured goals and requirments driving it.
In this case I believe many peoples "opinions" are correct, just for grasp basic design concepts (grid, type, color).
