A lot of guys would be opposed to this idea, but it's actually a really great work out for strength and cardio: hot yoga.
You may also enjoy the fact that the women in the room will be wearing skimpy ensembles

I weigh 225 lbs and I need to get down to 190-195. I'd like to get my bench to 300 and squat to 450 and mile to 6.
