He has a dog, you have a loud stereo. Get yourself a CD of cat sounds. Put that into the CD player, crank the stereo and put the speakers in your window facing his house. Or, put in a CD of dogs barking, it will be the battle of the dueling dogs. His organic dog that needs to sleep, eat, shit and ask it's owner to let it out against your machine terminator like dog with an unlimited decibel range. Who will win?

Actually I got the stereo idea from a cousin of mine who did that to one of his neighbors. Their dogs wouldn't shut up so he bought a Christmas CD (in July) and was cranking that into his neighbors direction. They got the picture.

i did the same thing with some very loud neighbors, puto four speakers on my window, set the stereo tu max sound, with i don´t really recall what music, and went out for a couple of hours... i almost never here them again

its not the dog's fault that the owners are shitheads and never bothered to train it. i would call your local police and ask about noise ordinances or file complaints. get a voice recorder and stand outside and record it barking for 15 minutes and leave it on their answering machine (dial *69 first)
