"Actually I got the stereo idea from a cousin of mine who did that to one of his neighbors. Their dogs wouldn't shut up so he bought a Christmas CD (in July) and was cranking that into his neighbors direction. They got the picture."
i did the same thing with some very loud neighbors, puto four speakers on my window, set the stereo tu max sound, with i don´t really recall what music, and went out for a couple of hours... i almost never here them again
