Hi Guys,
I am working on a project for a client and they are looking at having an effect which is similar to water filling up a page? either code or tween, anything will help.
Cheers
Dave

FLV, use video mayne, just take a tiny clip, and make it full screen.

Totally attempted this excact effeft for Britta water filers last year. Built a tank, HD video cam..and it still look fucked a bit.
Would love to see how you pull it off. I have stuff that never made it i can post after dinner

just go for an outlined look and tween animate it.... it sounds like its for an opening animation, you should be able to get some nice results with vector stuff....
Take a long (horz) vector wave shape and animate it going across the screen beneath a masked area

Sorry, springbok. Was away for a while.
We did the effect in after effects on a still image, then imported into flash. I can't remember exactly how we did it(was three years ago). But i will dig into the source files and give you more detailed explanation later on.

Just looked it up, we used acombination of A Caustics effect and Wave World. I remember it took me for ages to get the wanted result, but i am not an expert with AE. If you need more info or source files mail me.
