untangle your headphone cable using your cat

Ok, I don't know about you guys, but...I always feel like I'm the only one untangling headphones on the bus. I haven't seen anyone doing this, but I ALWAYS had to before I started wrapping my cable around my iPod cover (so that less untangling was needed).
Maybe everyone untangles and wears their headphones before getting on the bus?

jaline, you ever see that tutorial on gizmodo on how to wrap your cables around your ipod?
if not:
keep them plugged in.
near the plug make a small loop with the cord.
wrap the rest of the cord over the loop leaving the curve part free from the wrap.
with the last bit of cable loop that through the first loop and pull on the wire near the plug.
it will pull the cable tight.to use pull on the earbuds which pull right out of the loop and the cable unwinds from the ipod.
i've shown this method to a bunch of people at the gym when they seem me unwrapping not tangled cables.

jaline, i do that one when the headphones aren't plugged in.
i sent you a pick of what it looks like when they are plugged into an ipod (or whatever)

Hmmm...that actually works! I like wrapping it around my ipod because it doesn't tangle much anymore, but this method is nice to use once in a while as well.
