I'm trying to redesign my portfolio site. I've been at it for months but keep deciding I hate the layout/design and start over. I'm at that point again.
So, do I need to scrap this and start over or keep at it?
Thanks.

This kind of simple one-page layout is kind of a no-brainer and it really puts the focus on your work. With some of these, especially the first two, the images seem way too small. Maybe switch to some close-ups or crops that really show your work in the best light.
Also, just a heads up - the layout is messing up on my browser (FF) - the main content jumps to the side of the header when I expand the screen, which probably has to do with floats or something.

"Welcome to the online portfolio of graphic designer Evan Brandell."
looks a bit cheesy, why not just:
Evan Brandell, graphic design.

Don't cuff the guy for using complete sentences!
I think complete sentences are good when used sparingly.

despite a plea for brevity, i agree that using complete sentences has its advantage: seo rankings.

what's wrong with the current one, other than it's all flash?

is it not a page crit rather than a site crit. its a one pager - cant really go wrong, does what it says on the tin.
the suggestion of better images is a good one, closeups of details would be nice.
if you can use flash then why not make each project image a mini slideshow?

with the site not actually being a site, you need to show your work better, so like others have said use more close up shots/detail
work looks nice, deffo get some more up!
