Im competing tonight in a wingoff.... to see who has the best chicken wings on the BBQ... good ideas anyone?

Brine the wings for a few hours before grilling. Grill the hotsauce on and brush more on after it's off the grill. Make some of your own ranch dressing with some horseradish, cucumber, and fresh herbs.

good but it was for don perignon... it was a focus group on LUXURY so i have to BS my way through and there was no alcohol which made things harder.... i still got the 300$
