(Jul 11 07, 04:37)I'm with you there.
I bought half a goat last year from Borough Market.Slow roasted the shoulder (which was massive) with garlic and all-spice. Make a few batches of Curry Goat with the leg.
Mmmm.
Goat also taste like sin.

as if goats don't suffer enough getting the feta scraped off of their wangs all day.

(Jul 10 07, 14:42)Either you mean all Canadian cities suck, or most Canadian cities are so great that it's difficult to decide...

moth- mutton?!!? c'mon... that is rancid crap, regardless of how it is preparred.
now, suckling pig is wonderful. i love it. i roasted an 80lb one last fall myself.
rabbit is wonderful as well. i love a wonderful white rabbit stew. other preparations as well, clearly.
goat..... love it! roast is wonderful, as is grilled. a wonderful shoulder roast done properly just becomes a fantastic pulled-goat like meat that has a wonderful flavor. it is so well accented by south-asian spices as well.

(Jul 11 07, 04:55)It really should be easier to get hold of. I reckon if I had it a few more times I might have relegate Lamb to the No. 2 position - and that's not a decision I take lightly.

What's your favorite meat?
Right now I'm engrossed in a delicious hot toasted Reuben sandwich, thus, corned beef is reminding me that it is at the top of the charts.
