Very addictive aren't they. Really nice with Bavarian Smoked cheese. I can also recommend the Jewish take on it, made with Turkey.

I'm really wanting to try Hanger.....I read its a French style meat cut. Anyone try??

litterally hundreds of times i have had Hanger steaks. i could be wrong, but this really has nothing to do with a french-style meat.
it is a wonderful cut, nonetheless.
