Mm, you get the same effect talking after getting high on Nitrous Oxide or Argon.
He says it's not harmful - that's not strictly true. If you've weakish-lungs, or are just plumb-wrecked, you can end up with the gas trapped at the base of your lungs, which obviously isn't a good thing.

Oops, I meant xenon - not argon.
Which makes sense - 'xenon' sounds like something you could get high off - not wimpy 'argon' :)
