ha ha luddite so fuck I mean jeesus slow down people, take it easy, you'll all be bored in no time if things keep progressing so quickly.

Get one on eBay now...
http://cgi.ebay.com/APPLE-iPHONE…...if you like using third rate Korean sweatshop knock-offs. that don't even resemble the actual Apple design.
- 5timuli0
Shit, I was just looking at that and it's been removed already, hehehe.

from what i know, the phone does create seamless experience. i just spent 450 on my phone not too long ago, so i am gonna have to wait.
600 for this isn't a bad deal at all. luxury/business phone is really picking up the market and those people have no problem paying that much. if they can capture the blackberry market and migrate them to iphone, that's a big win for apple.

You can't deny good design. It's going to be the nicest thing out there by far.
And when I see huge, bulky lame ass B-berries going for 450 -500 I dont see 600 being that big of a deal. Unless you're poor.
- Jaline0
It definitely has a good design.
I'm not sure about the price (although it is admittedly better than most phones considering the features...just not for my budget) nor the way it is exclusive to sucky phone companies.

all i know is that i want a new Vista phone so bad i can taste it....
..... oh wait
- Jaline0
hey, mad, do you use a Mac? lol
- morilla0
yeah, I don't see dropping the $ on the phone either yet.
I talked to the folks at sprint and they said they are expecting to get them 1yr after the release.
- madirish0
lol
basically, i do not use windows. :)
that is not totally true. i use a Windows Mobile mobile and it is hands down, the worst piece of shit OS ever. it sucks so bad, but nothing else will do what i need; that includes not needing/wanting to pay for a lame blackberry relay server.

I've never used it so I can't comment about that. But as for a Mac versus Windows, both work fine as long as you know how to use things properly.

(Jun 4 07, 10:14)ahhh, but one should not have to 'learn' how to do things 'properly' based on an OS's preferences. UI design should be just that user interface design- not interface dictating what the user needs to do to accomplish the task *they* are trying to finish. M$ does not do this in any way and requires a user to play by their rules. that, IMO, is very, very poor UI design.
additionally, the OS is a crazy resource hog and drains the battery like no other. it is silly.

(Jun 4 07, 10:14)so does this means that windows is harder to use for the average people?

Should we assume that people will be camping out etc for the phone?
