I know I'm part of the NT fit club... but damn it, I've been busting my ass for the last week and looks like i be going til monday =(
But this chocolate peanut butter ice cream is fucking good!
What's your treat to yourself when you feel you deserve it?

mine, weirdly enough, is trailmix and granola! it's fucked up, but i could eat that stuff all day if it's in front of me. and it's not very healthy when you go and eat a pound of it! it may be a bit hippy though :\
...damn hippies ruining the name of good food. bleh!

dude, similar deal here..only I make Bozzylicious super tasty Hagen Dazs Bananna Split.
I take 2 banannas, slice em, put real strawberries in the mix and top it off with 2 scoops of Haagen Dazs Vanilla + 3 scoops of Haagen Dazs strawberry ice-cream..mix everything up and top it off with Nestle chocolate fudge....
Heaven!

I also like milkshakes, but only if I feel like I deserve it, as you mentioned. Otherwise I would feel guilty. I just started working out more.

do yourself a favor and try the haagen-dazs mayan chocolate ice cream. or if you reaaaally deserve it, that mayan chocolate goes great with their baileys ice cream.
