medicare tax is what pays for medicare, deducted separately from your payroll check, a totally different line item from income tax. same is true for social security. property taxes pay for schools. sales, gas, cig and liquor tax fund your state. income tax is for the war machine.

employers pay unemployment taxes

i agree our defense needs to be financed somehow. thats why i am so interested in this candidate, to see other options. and a non intervention policy would save trillions in deployment
the whole fight em over there so we dont have to fight em over here is hogwash. just leave, circle the wagons and rebuild our country. the war is an investment and the federal reserve is a private bank. simple math. luckily our constitution allows for a stop to it if people vote correctly, i hope.
