yyeah man, it sucks up there. The distance is the biggest issue. Loosers going to Columbia University, it takes them longer to get downtown then me from Queens.
I live in Ridgewood, which is great cause even though i'm along the L train the hood never got too popular so the prices are still dirt cheap.

im so lazy i take the F to 14th and 6th and then the L to 14th and 8th.

it's faster going downtown for me because i'm close to the express on 96th. i suppose it would be a lot longer if i were only a bit further uptown, as i would have to take a local and switch to the express, or local all the way

In the East Village now, looking to move to the West V, i feel like a little girl everytime i go there, love it!
