Look up the number of handgun deaths in Toronto vs. Buffalo - it's rather dramatic how many more Buffalo has... yet Buffalo is a tiny city compared to Toronto. (these cities are only separated by a lake... and a government).

and i'm not a hick. i live in one of the country's most dangerous cities and have had a gun pulled on more than one occasion. i could guantee that any law would have done nothing to change either event, because i know for a fact that they do not sell guns to minors.
